4. API Usage

API keys are issued per subscription plan. You may not share, resell, or transfer your API key. Exceeding plan limits will result in request rejection. Misuse or abuse of the API may result in immediate account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms, and generated reports on this platform are the intellectual property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Astrology readings are not substitutes for medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
